Missing Benchmark Logbook

Missing Benchmark Logbook is one of the more common gas safety certification callouts in Northampton. Work through the safe checks first (power, settings, resets), and never open a gas appliance or consumer unit yourself.

If the fault repeats after a reset, stop and book a registered engineer. Repeat faults usually indicate a failing component that needs diagnosis, not another reset. Maintained as the gassafetycertificatenorthampton local guide.
